• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom prescription lenses

• Earrings and pierced jewelry

• Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Return

   • Include: Order #, product photos, reason for return

2. Return Shipping

   • UK customers: We provide a prepaid return label

   • International: Customer pays return shipping

3. Refund Processing

   • Refunds issued within 3-5 business days

   • Original payment method only

• Available for size/color changes (subject to stock)

Faulty or Damaged Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery
